of Mexico’s most elite travel destinations. Situated on the southern tip of
the 760 mile Baja Peninsula, the Los Cabos area provides spectacular beauty and
unlimited recreation.
On the eastern side of the peninsula is the Sea of Cortez,
dubbed the “world’s aquarium” by legendary ecologist Jacques Cousteau for
having one of the greatest aquatic ecosystems in the world. As you venture
around the tip of the Baja the Sea of Cortez soon gives way to the Pacific
Ocean, the largest body of water on earth.
The aquatic life here is world famous. From world class deep
sea fishing, to spectacular diving and snorkeling, to whale watching, Los Cabos
ranks as amongst the best on the planet.
Los Cabos is equally known for what it offers on terra firma.
In the span of only a few years Los Cabos has become one of North America’s
top golf destinations and has hosted the PGA Senior Slam Tournament since 1995.
Signature golf courses are abound and with 11 rain free months out of the year,
soothing ocean breezes, a warm climate, and spectacular scenery it is easy to
see why Los Cabos is so appealing to golf enthusiasts.
Los Cabos and especially the Cabo San Lucas area are
recognized for its nightlife. Its bars and restaurants are frequented by
Hollywood stars, famous musicians, and athletes. While many restaurants feature
Mexican cuisine a good mix of other international flavors are available as are
fresh sea food markets providing the catch of the day.
The combination of the unique location, spectacular scenery,
abundance of activities, pleasant climate, and regular flights from most major
U.S. airports have made Los Cabos one of the top Mexican real estate markets for
foreigners.
But, the concept of Las Villas de Mexico is not limited to
enjoying just one location. Unique to Mexico and quite possibly North America
our villa owners will be able to visit, rent, and exchange use of their own
villa with other owners across a number of other locations throughout Mexico.
Each location will have its own unique attractions and activities, but will be
of similar standard of villa and caliber of amenities and services of their
community.
