During the past decade, Las Villas de Mexico
developer, Homex Tourism Division, has secured prime real estate is such areas
as Los Cabos, Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta, Marina Cancun, San Miguel de Allende,
and other highly-desired resort areas. Whether situated on one of Mexico’s
most beautiful beaches, on a top rated golf course, in a romantic mountain
setting, or in a historic district, all locations incorporate the very best of
their respective regions.
The master plan is to feature the same quality of villas,
amenities, and services in each location allowing owners all the benefits of
luxury villa ownership (not timeshare, but ownership) with the convenience and
flexibility of being able to utilize locations through out Mexico (timeshare
type of benefits).
While the Grand Opening of Las Villas de Mexico will take place in Los Cabos,
several other locations are currently being developed as part of Phase I with
others to follow. All told a number of prime locations are planned.
